Just Ask Her™ is a movement fostering intergenerational dialogues among women to inspire and share meaningful, real-life wisdom, hope, and workplace stories and experiences.
Conceptualized by the thought leaders behind Broad Advantage with a goal of accelerating gender equity in the workplace, Just Ask Her™ offers a framework for empowering girls and women to learn from their closest networks of women in the workplace so they can take on leadership roles and advance in the workplace, on their terms, contributing to a more equitable world for all.
