    Erin Bloom

    CO-FOUNDER & PARTNER

    For over twenty years, Erin has held leadership positions across various business disciplines, including Marketing, Finance, Real Estate, and Information Technology. Her career has centered on finding creative solutions to complex problems by using emerging technologies to create business growth and using workplace flexibility to increase creativity and productivity.

    She co-published a study with Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth called "Changing the Career Ladder: Paving Flexible Pathways for Today's Talent" Erin was an early adopter of social media platforms for corporate marketing and customer service initiatives and served as an adviser to pioneering internet companies such as Monster and CareerBuilder when they were charting the path for how companies use the internet today.

    Erin sits on the boards of The Counseling Center and the Wellesley Club of Philadelphia. She previously served on the boards of the US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce and The Peace Center.

    Erin earned her BA from Wellesley, where she double majored in Political Science and French Cultural Studies, and has an MBA from Villanova University.

    Mary, the co-founder of Broad Advantage, holds rich leadership experience as an Officer and Corporate Vice President in major Fortune 500 companies like Sanofi and Teva Pharmaceuticals. With over 25 years of domestic and international commercial expertise, she is driven by her passion for corporate gender equity.

    Advancing consistently in roles of greater responsibility at companies like Merck and Co, Inc. and Johnson and Johnson has fueled her desire to partner with corporations and share insights into women's workplace challenges and opportunities.

    In addition to her impressive corporate career, Mary has been actively involved in mentoring aspiring women leaders, empowering them to overcome barriers and reach their full potential. Her commitment to fostering inclusive work environments extends to making a positive impact on future generations of women in the corporate world. Mary's published work on gender bias and navigating unconventional roles appears in journals like the Center for Gender in Organizations and Sex Roles.

    She earned her BA in Mathematics and Physical Science from Michigan State University and achieved her MBA from Villanova University while balancing full-time work and raising three children.

    CHIEF CREATIVE OFFICER

    Gwen is a design rockstar, with over 16 years of experience in strategic, creative, and multifaceted visual communications. As the Chief Creative Officer at Broad Advantage, she brings her extensive experience in the workforce to deliver comprehensive branding, messaging, and marketing materials. Her extensive skill set includes UX/UI design, app design, responsive web design, print/digital advertising, corporate identity, logo development, editorial design, package design, data visualization, and more.

    Gwen earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design at The College of Saint Rose, where she was classically trained to design with an extensive fine arts foundation. This background enriches her approach to design, infusing her work with a unique artistic sensibility.

    Her commitment to excellence has been recognized through multiple honors, awards, and promotions. In addition to her professional achievements, she actively engages in philanthropic design work, offering her services to nonprofit organizations and making a positive impact on her community.

    Gwen's passion for design fosters a work environment that radiates with lightheartedness, creativity, and a refreshing "don't take yourself too seriously" attitude.
